Unfortunately, the lamp didn't work for my daughter, but I was able to use the 45-day guarantee and the team was helpful. Note: at first I couldn't get a response from customer support because my email landed in spam, but I contacted them on Instagram and everything was sorted out very quickly

Lamp completely meets our expectations. Intended for a 15-year-old teen. Waiting to see if the expected effectiveness delivers.

Easy to use and adjust. A booklet that explains everything clearly, plus a video if needed. Great!

With a bit of perspective, the lamp really helps. However, you have to configure it properly for it to work.

If I had to find a downside, it would be the lamp's stability.
Do not hesitate to take your time when adjusting settings.
As soon as the setup is finished, the benefits are visible.

My husband enjoys reading books to our children. He has always done it, but now it's much smoother.
The lamp doesn't change everything completely, but there is a definite improvement.

Upon receipt, the lamp packaging inspires confidence. Solid, compact. The parts are well arranged in the case. As for the lamp, the plastic is very light. Handle with care. Do not leave unattended. The base is not heavy enough, which creates an imbalance between the top and bottom. It must be placed on a flat surface, not on books (e.g.). Bluetooth connection easy to set up (within 30 seconds). The app is well designed and adjustments are simple. I use it on PC and tablet. Reading Korean is easier. Eyes get much less fatigued.

Pros:
- It works,
- It makes reading less difficult (tracking lines is easier).
- It facilitates text comprehension because I no longer have issues with page brightness, and I read words "literally" without interpreting them, which makes reading less tiring and more effective.
Points to improve:
- The lamp drains too fast, the battery isn't powerful enough, so it should be increased (from 6 hours to 10/15 hours, for example). So to save battery I use the lowest pulse level, even though medium or high might be better suited for me.
- The lamp is not very stable for reading in bed, etc. (add accessories like clips).
Overall, I recommend this lamp which I use daily and has become almost indispensable for me.
Note: I am dyslexic, dysorthographic, 16 years old, and in 11th grade.

What I appreciated was that since the lamp didn't meet our expectations, we returned it after checking with a speech therapist. The seller's attitude was more than fair.

I think the product is good, but it doesn't meet our needs. We tried all the lamp functions, but my daughter prefers the placebo mode ("continuous lighting"). I don't think it's the right product for her. I would like to return it. Thank you.

Lili works really great for me, my only issue is with the design when trying to position the lamp exactly as desired.

I would be glad if my grandson Antoine could get even more benefit from the Lili lamp. Finding that the battery life is lower than advertised proves he uses it regularly and for long periods, but perhaps guidance from the speech therapist will help fine-tune the settings (lighting height and frequency, etc.) he has adopted so far.
